"Pending" Subcontractor Change Orders

  • Regarding the “pending” subcontractor change orders, as of right now, when you create the change order to the subcontractor, it automatically moves it from the pending column to the approved commitments on the Financial Status Report. Ideally, the subcontractor change order shouldn’t move to the approved commitments until it’s been executed by both parties.

    This has also caused some confusion and affects our forecasting. We may be sitting on a lot of SubCOs that the owner or trades have not yet signed, so they are technically not approved. It would be helpful if the "Allocation Types" are brought over to the SubCO so we manually change to Appr Commit and that would then change it on the PCO it's linked to.
