Drawing Set Comments Ability to Upload Merged

Typically when a drawing update is issued, i.e.: Permit Comments, Addendum or Change Bulletin there is a narrative and/or an updated drawing log, etc. It would be helpful to be able to upload the attachments that were issued with the revised drawing for reference. This would allow for all related items if any available with the updated drawing set in one place for reference.
