Enhancement description:
Create a place to store narratives for each drawing update (ASI, Bulletin, etc.)
What are we trying to accomplish?
Make it easy to access the narrative for each drawing update that is released so that end users can quickly see a summary of the changes.
How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?
We have to add it to the file library which takes extra time and is hard for some users to understand how to access it. It separates the drawings from the narrative.
Suggested implementation:
In Drawing Sets, have a specific place to upload a PDF of the narrative that was included with the updated drawings. This PDF could be shown in the info panel with each sheet. It should show the version-specific narrative as you change between versions of the sheet.
