We would like to be able to allow our sub-contractors to use the workflow status's to indicate when they have submitted a submittal for the GC to review or when they have completed a punch list item. Currently, the workflow statuses are set up as an all or nothing option, we would like the ability to allow sub-contractors, architects, and owners to view and make changes to certain statuses but restrict them to view and/or change others.
This Is important to our business as it will save time and allow for a quick search for items that need to be submitted to the architect, or need to go from the architect to the owner for review.
It looks like this could be changed in the security roles section of the Portfolio settings but you can not expand the statues section in the fields tab to choose certain statuses for each security role. Could this be added?
