Add Column Header for "Assigned to Company" in Observations Module

"Assigned to Company" is one of the available filters in the Observations Module - but is not included as an option for a column header. This would be useful for printing Observation Report Logs in Excel that are grouped by Assigned Company as well as sorting the entries in the log to identify trends and trade contractors that need a little more focus.
