Added PCO Item Columns in PCO View

Currently, the contract and responsible company are available for viewing within each PCO item, however they cannot be seen in the PCO view. These were columns that were available in prolog and would be helpful if added to ProjectSight so a user can view which company/contract each item is assigned to in the general view as opposed to having to go through each item individually.
