There should be an option to modify the crew from the daily report

The user should be able to add or delete workers to/from the crew from the labor entry dialog. Static crew setups don't allow for daily changes in workforce. If a crew is missing a worker or a worker was replaced it is cumbersome to have to modify the crew assignment under companies first.

It would also be heplful to have access to worker documentation such as certificates and licenses (such as OSHA 30) from that dialog so the superintendent in the field can check compliance while updating the labor information (see https://projectsight.ideas.aha.io/ideas/PSW-I-17)
