Single Sign-on (SSO) & Forced MFA

Please add support for single sign-on. Specifically, I'm looking to use SSO with Azure AD and hopefully have the following features:

* Option to force SSO for specific domains (Portfolio owner)
* Provision users from Azure AD, based on a AAD Security Group. Provision to our default Security Group or configure custom attributes to provision to specific Security Groups based on their Title or Department.

For all external users (non portfolio owner domain), allow the portfolio owner to enforce MFA.
