Project Closeout Module

Nearly every contractor has close out requirements on their construction project. We have to obtain standard warranties, extended warranties, lien releases, tax payment confirmation, etc not to mention Owner specific paperwork and deliverables. Unfortunately there is project-specific information as well as company specific forms and requirements - therefore creating templates to meet each need will be a challenge. That said nearly every project has closeout requirements to ensure all the final deliverables have been met and they need to be stored in ProjectSight. Ultimately this facilitates final payment by Owners and to Subcontractors. Therefore we think that a closeout module should be added to ProjectSight to house this data since just about every project will use this.

    For those that are looking for a temporary solution, you can utilize your submittal register area and add closeout items to the dropdown TYPE and create a custom view. This way closeout items are being tracked AND you can run reports based on these views and filters. Hope this helps!
