Prohibit creation of future daily reports

It would be beneficial to prohibit the creation of a future daily report done in error. The last day of the month daily report being started the following day could cause someone to accidentally create a future report . For example: the daily report for 30-Mar-20 is being started on 01-Apr-20 and the individual selects the 30th of the month, not realizing that they have selected 30-Apr-20, not 30-Mar-20.
