Please change the first email that is sent to new users to includes a link to create a Trimble ID first before they try to login. I constantly have to tell new users to create a Trimble ID first and not to click on the "Sign In" link that they are sent from ProjectSight@ps.trimble.com

Most people click on the link that says "Sign In" before they create the Trimble ID because there is nothing that tells you to create the Trimble ID first. Then, we usually get a call or email for the new user saying "your system" aka ProjectSight does not work or I do not see the "XYZ" portfolio logo.
