Hide Trimble Connect from Dashboard Navigation menu

We do not utilize Trimble Connect file system and its creating a lot of issues with individual becoming confused on why their documents are not present when they select this option, especially since its right next to the file library.

Why is it useful? Not all client's users use Trimble Connect, so it is confusing to have it on the Dashboard Navigation menu if it's not a function that is used.

Who would benefit from it? Clients who don't use Trimble Connect.

How should it work? It should be based on Security role and work the same way as hiding the File Library.
