Direct or Tag record comments to contacts. Ability to email selected contacts

The need is to include email correspondence in records and use the reply via email to do this. The problem is everyone participating on the record is included on comments. This also needs to be independent of the notification preference for comments in Projectsight Profile. Please provide a method to direct comments to selected contacts. This provides a pseudo method of workflow in directing comments to specified contacts, along with the existing functionality to response via just email pulling into the next comment.
