Checklist Template & Update at Portfolio Level Merged

We are a ISO Registered Company. We have standard ISO Checklists and Forms that are required on all our projects. We need the ability overwrite all versions of a specific checklist at the Portfolio Level when changes are made - and have that update all projects.

    We must have checklists at the portfolio level. If we create 20 checklists on one project, which we're doing now during implementation, every project we create going forward we're going to have to manually export/import each one individually then if we change 1 template, repeat for all existing projects?

    Please add a way for checklist templates to be on the portfolio level. A nice feature would be an import/export feature for templates to be added to other projects or portfolios without needing to create them from scratch.

    Please add the ability when revising or creating a checklist template to apply it to a select set of projects or all projects.
