Add SCO Create Date to PotentialCOItems table in Crystal

Right now in reports, we can pull in information such as the SCO Number from the PotentialCOItems table but it would be nice to also be able to pull other details such as the SCO Create Date. This would be helpful when creating PCO reports that link to the SCO.
