The SubContractCOPCOItems xsd file does not have enough of the PCO level fields available to create a report that clients are asking for. Fields that clients are asking to see on the report include PCO Category: CategoryID and Category, PCO Reason: ReasonID and Reason; PCO PCCO Number: PCCONumber and PCCOContractID and PCO COR Number: CORequestID and CORNumber
