Add back the ability to paste changes to an Excel export template.

Enhancement description:

Add back the ability to paste changes to an Excel export template. User has created a copy of the export template and is trying to copy her edits from her copy to the import copy but the sheet is protected. Previous to Monday 1/14/2019 the user was able to past into the spreadsheet and upload her changes.

Steps to replicate:

1. Login to ProjectSight and navigate to Document control

2. Open 'Submittals'

3. Use the up/down arrows icon in the upper right to export a template.

4. Create a copy of the template and add a few lines (records)

5. Try to copy the line and paste it into the original template..

6. Note error indicating that the sheet is protected.

What is the customer trying to accomplish?

They are trying to make multiple changes at once which is not possible in the Excel export Template as it is packaged.

How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?

Takes a long time to make the entries manually in the Template.

Suggested implementation:

Add back the ability to paste changes to an Excel export template. or unprotect sheet. Workaround: Manually enter records into the Excel Template.
