Export Potential Change Orders to a log by contract number

The Contracts module currently summarizes each Potential Change Order open for every contract. The ability to export this log to a PDF or spreadsheet would enhance efficiency by eliminating the need for manual entry into a log separate each time a change order is received. This feature would ensure the log is consistently up-to-date, providing an accurate reflection of trade partners' potential costs and risks.


The data is already there and being compiled within the contract module, we just need to be able to export it!
