    Be able to add locations on the fly

    The meetings tool does not allow for locations to be added. on the fly. It would be beneficial to add locations for meetings that my occur within different locations than the set office or field office locations.

    Add link to detailed item in transmittal tool

    There is a disconnect between the detailed items in the transmittal and the attachments. It would be beneficial to link the document to the detail item in a transmittal to make sure that there is no confusion with documents in the transmittal.
