Add functionality to identify Assignments made to other companies/individuals
Assignments is a great function that allows us to NOT have to create separate action item lists. The issue is that we need to be able to report on Assignments made to other companies and individuals. For example, we have meetings with our Owner, or subcontractors we need to be able to pull their Assignments to manage the Assignments in their court.
Also, adding a pull down menus on the right side of the home screen to provide direct access to this information without having to run a report. This could be turned off if we don't want our 3rd party partners to have this functionality.
This is achievable using excel. I created a custom view within Project Sight AEI Issues that pulls the required data points then transforms the data in excel into a reportable pivot table - email me at ntschetter@kbe-ny.com and I can share what we did for this. I have it sorted by Subcontractor - Status - Location.
The limitation is once an item is checked as "completed" there's not a way to show partial completion of a specific item. Only the status of the item can be reported, not open items that have partial completion.
