Please add 'Last Modified Date' & 'Last Modified By' as available columns and filter/sort option to all records. There is currently no way to create a view that would allow to quickly review recent record changes.

Zoom Drawings on Cursor

Add the Rev number column in the Drawings list view

You can see the rev number on the tile view, but not the list view. Knowing the latest revision is the current one showing is not enough, they also want to know which revision it is.
