Allow Change to Cost Period at Portfolio Level

Currently to change the cost period users have to go into each project individually and change this in settings. It would be a HUGE time saver and insure all projects are updated on time if this could be updated at the portfolio level and push to all projects.

    I agree. This is severely impacting my business right now. I have over 400 active projects and will have to go in to EACH project and update. We need HELP ASAP.
