    Meeting Invite Added To Outlook Calendar

    When sending a meeting invite it would be nice to be able to save it to each team's calendar. We are currently sending the invite plus a calendar invite.

    Meetings

    I have used Procore the past 7 years and in Procore's Meeting Section, you create a Meeting Agenda and then convert that Agenda to Meeting Minutes. In ProjectSight, you are unable to do this

    Add version Control for uploaded files linked to records other than drawings.

    Currently a one would have to keep uploading updated files to thier record and rename them (1), (2)... Versioning is needed to efficiently keep track up changes to uploades without storing multiple copies of a file.

    Export Photos in groups by date or timeline

    Would be nice to be able to export photos into a pdf say 4 per page 8-1/2x11 with whatever description and time date stamp is used at the time.

    Summary dash board showing all active projects

    Have the ability to to see the status of all my projects on one page. Pro core has this option. You don't have to click into every project to see whats happening

    Auto generate a rotating schedule of toolbox talks assigned to foremen/superintendents company wide on a weekly basis.

    This would be useful to track that toolbox talks are being performed on active jobs and that the company knows which are being discussed.
