    Auto-locate Punchlist Icon

    Project Site currently sends out an email notification to everyone that has ever been linked to an issue. ie contract, PCCO, RFI ect... even when action is not required by that person. Tis is extyremely annoying!!! I know how to find those things that I am responsible for and don't want to waste my time seeing things that others are responsible for. we all get enough emails!
