Add ability to show carriage returns in the Checklist record display for template description fields.

Currently when you enter a Checklist template with carriage returns in the description fields, the carriage returns do not display in the Checklist record. The sentences are just put into a single paragraph. Luckily the report does display the carriage returns when you print a Checklist. Would be great if this could be displayed correctly in the Checklist record too.
