    Allow UDFs to carry from module to module

    It would be useful to create a UDF in a PCO record and have it carry forward to the change order/invoice. In the current state what is recorded in the PCO does not reflect on the change order causing the record to appear as incomplete.

    Project Site currently sends out an email notification to everyone that has ever been linked to an issue. ie contract, PCCO, RFI ect... even when action is not required by that person. Tis is extyremely annoying!!! I know how to find those things that I am responsible for and don't want to waste my time seeing things that others are responsible for. we all get enough emails!

    Add the Open Assignments field to GeneralInvoices_WithGeneralInvoiceItems.xsd and SubcontractCO_WithPCOItemLinks.xsd
