Measure tool: option to remove red label

We need an option to remove the large red label from the measurement tool. After making multiple measurements in the same space, the large red label hides too much of the plan beneath it.

Add the ability to detect scaling of a drawing in the drawing sets

It would be great if ProjectSight could have another OCR box to capture the scale of a drawing and automatically apply the scale to the drawing. This should also then push to the mobile platform.

Site instruction & CCOs

On the app as well as on the browser there should be a site instruction tracker and contemplated change order tracker. Should also add reminders to this for submission of pricing.
