Nomenclature Changes Follow Through

When you change the nomenclature of a lookup list it updates on the form but not in the Lookup List maintenance area. This makes it difficult to maintain if the maintenance window does not reflect what is seen on the form.

Change Default When Opening Drawings

When opening drawings, our system defaults to show the group 'drawing', which doesn't have any drawings in it, meaning that by default, no drawings show. We then have to click into this filter and clear it so that our drawings will show.

Print Multiple Custom Reports

When choosing to print a custom report you are only allowed to print one at a time causing repetitive work to the user if they are looking to print 2+ reports. Creating the option to print multiple custom reports at one time would save the user time.

User should be able to print the screen view of a Budget Summary Report when Grouped by Phase

There is an option to Group by Phase. It seems if you are asking that the report format be grouped by phase, you should be able to print out a copy that looks like your Screen View.

Ability to Create Upload/Create Drawing Set & Specification Set from File Library

When uploading/creating a drawing/specification set, there is no option to choose files stored within the file library of the selected project. It would elimnate having to reupload these files if they are already stored in the file library folders.

toggle trimble connect link off/on

Portfolio admin should be able to toggle on/off the Trimble connect link. We use the Trimble Connect app instead and it can be confusing.
