Change Default When Opening Drawings

When opening drawings, our system defaults to show the group 'drawing', which doesn't have any drawings in it, meaning that by default, no drawings show. We then have to click into this filter and clear it so that our drawings will show.

    There is a portfolio setting where this default can be cleared out. This is resolved.
