PCO reports need PCO Item links brought into the reports.

Some clients are uploading files to PCO Items, but when they run a PCO report these links are not being included. Seems like these PCO reports would really benefit the client to include the PCO Item links.

Internal Comments for Document Control Modules

It would be very helpful for our team/company to be able to able to make internal comments on RFIs, Submittals, Action Items etc. that is not visible to the Architect, Owner, Subcontractors etc.

Purchse Order Line Item Tax

We have 3 sales taxes (PST, PST Exempt, 12% PST for Fossil Fuel combusion systems) that we have to use and need to be able specifiy tax for each line item of a Purchase order.

Improve repetition off same notes on drawings.

When we make a note now, we put the color, opacity, line thickness, text dimension and they stay if we don't change the drawing. It would be good if they stay as configured so we don't have to do it again and again each time we change plans. Also ...

Drawing Sets - Default Assignee

It would be fabulous if the Default Assignee could be added to the Drawings Sets. Add if you could do it by Discipline like the RFIs, that would be even better! It is not a hardship to add an assignee manually but we have the option everywhere else.

Drawing sets take .dwg & .tif format

With construction / Engineering companies .dwgs & .tifs are shared along with .pdfs. All formats of drawings should be able to loaded in drawing sets. Separating them into File Library is not an efficient way of tracking drawings.

Add a Company List as a drop down list in the Checklist Module

When customizing checklist it would be nice to have the ability to add a company list drop down which links to the companies within portfolio or project settings.
