Improve repetition off same notes on drawings.

When we make a note now, we put the color, opacity, line thickness, text dimension and they stay if we don't change the drawing. It would be good if they stay as configured so we don't have to do it again and again each time we change plans.

Also I would like to have a way off keeping the tool ON for repetitive use. So if we are making a lot off notes the mouse will stay on notes mode (no pan mode = hand) with the tool selected until we press escape.
