Add prefix or suffix to the PO number

We would like to see a prefix or suffix as a setting to the PO number. We are trying to include the project number into the PO scheme. We think this will help track invoice better when the project name or number is not included

Contract dollar amount on Budget screen

Drawing Public Measurement Calibration

Add a setting to allow a user to make a public measurement calibration where one person can do the calibration on a drawing, so that it is already set for everyone that accesses those drawings after that.
