Allow 'Custom Views' to be shared

It would be good if we could create a 'Custom View' and share it with other users, so that we are all working from the same layout.

Default Project

Add a function to set a default project so when you sign in it will take you to your Project Home Page and you don't have to navigate through which portfolio to your project each time you log in.

Add "Open Assignments Company Name" To PunchList_Summary XSD

Allow PA to select when creating custom field if it is a field that should be locked with the rest of the record.

Right now, if I have a custom field in the line level of a CI, it locks with the rest of the record when another CI is created after it. As a custom field, I should be able to determine if it gets locked or remains editable.
