Allow Item Grid Columns to be customized

Support Tickets

It would be helpful to see all open support tickets in the Resource Center under Contact Support. This would help to avoid users contacting support for the same issue and allow to more easily follow up on open tickets.

Make the order of the tiles customizable.

Drag and Drop Documents to records

Ask: Ability to Drag and Drop Document to records, reducing 2 extra steps/clicks. Current flow: User needs to click on the "link" icon then click on "attach file".

Quick PCO

When creating a PCO from another record (such as RFI or Issue) information automatically carry forward information like subject, notes, etc. Similar to the way Prolog worked.

Wrap Column Headers in All Record List Views
