For the File Library Add consistent Indexing for text in uploaded PDF documents.

Clients often have to search through documents for keywords contained in the PDF documents. Currently it only seems to search title keywords successfully.

Need a Profile Level File Library to store Corporate Information, Procedures, etc..

The Profile level file repository will have the "User Guides" for everyone who gets access to any project in the portfolio. Also restricted access so we can store Company Level Policies and Procedures.

Ability to Create Upload/Create Drawing Set & Specification Set from File Library

When uploading/creating a drawing/specification set, there is no option to choose files stored within the file library of the selected project. It would elimnate having to reupload these files if they are already stored in the file library folders.
