Add More Permissions to File Library Similar to Project Roles

For record types, we can restrict a Project Role to only add, edit, not delete or only edit, not add or delete etc. We must have this for folders created in the File Library.


We use the File Library for all other files shared with the external project team for modules not in ProjectSight (Tenders, Billings, etc) so we need some trades to upload files to a folder, but not delete and we definitely do not want external users creating new folders unless we grant them full access. Typically Full Access to folders and files are only give to internal users from our company.
