Expand meeting minutes quicker, everyone using meeting minutes. Function just like a check all box but would expand all.

Automatic Submittal Register

Several competitors have been able to use OCR & algorithms to automatically read specs and create required register items. This would be a huge time saver for us.

Meeting Minutes - Numbers and Item Numbers

Add meeting number to each meeting name. Each meeting number would start at 1 then have option to add meeting number to each item 001-001 for mm number 1. Just how Prolog Manager does it.

Business Days as an option instead of Calendar Days

It would be nice to toggle between calendar days and business days. I work on several projects where RFI and Submittal contract requirements are based on Business Days and not calendar days.

Meeting Minutes - field for next meeting date

Client requesting a data field included in the grid for Next Meeting Date. (self-explanatory). This could be addressed with a custom field but would need the three "more" dots in this view to be able to change the included fields

Dedicated Question & Answer field for RFI

Currently the Question and Answer field are part of the RFI comments. To increase clarity when reviewing RFIs it would be beneficial to have a dedicated Question and Answer field on a dedicated tab.
