Bold Subtotal Amounts in Budget Screen When Using Group By

When we Group By other parts of our Budget Code, the subtotals are not bold so visually makes it hard to distinguish. Please Bold the word Total and all the subtotal amounts.

Capability to tag multiple companies to a PCO will be helpful when we run reports by Subcontractors we can keep track of PCO's impacting multiple trades without assigning it to anyone.

Add User Preference to Disable Help Popups in Budget Screen

When you're moving your mouse around the budget screen you are inundated with popups (Phase Code, Description, Linked to Vista, column headers). They don't disappear until you click somewhere else. Can these be disabled in the user preferences?
