Enable PCO Default Markups to be rounded to the 10,000ths.

Currently the PCO Default Markups rounds to 2 digits. It would be helpful to round out to the 10,000ths. Client needs a PCO Markup of .0005% for large Change orders. This is further than the existing idea to round to the 1,000ths.

Arrow Keys Should not Increment Values

When working in the PCO module, using the up and down keys on the keyboard currently increments the dollar values up and down. We would like for it to instead move the cursor to the cell above and below.

Change Management Attachments

It would be nice to be able to select the attachment links to carry over from the PCO to the COR and the COR to the CO. Or automatically include all since we can remove anything we do not want to forward.

Add User Preference to Disable Help Popups in Budget Screen

When you're moving your mouse around the budget screen you are inundated with popups (Phase Code, Description, Linked to Vista, column headers). They don't disappear until you click somewhere else. Can these be disabled in the user preferences?

Show Hours on PCO, COR, CO listings

As a self performing subcontractor, labor is very important to us. When we review the list of PCO's, COR's and CO's, the fields available to display do not include the hours. It would be great if that field was available for us.
