Ability to add and save Custom Views on the iPad

Assignee Search

When you select to add assignee on a record it should default to the search field so you can immediately start typing a name. Right now you have to actively click into search

Sorting "By" fields should have a search bar

When clicking the scroll menu to sort Submittals or RFIs by Author or Assigned to, etc. there should be a search bar above the scroll menu so you don't have to scroll through 5000 employees company wide.
