PDF Markup When Opening From Record

Currently, when you open a pdf in the file library, it allows you to do simple markups such as text, freehand drawing, signatures, and highlighting. However, this is not available when you open up pdfs directly from a record.

Subcontract Reports need to display the period Contract amount plus the Subcontract change order (SCO)

The current SCO standard reports display the current contract value despite the current period selected. We would expect the report to display the contract amount for the period of the SCO plus the changes.

RFI Print Report Email - Text Box Spellcheck

The text box for the RFI print report email does not have an automatic spellcheck. This would be helpful.

The default font in the email text box is Times New Roman size 11 (?). The default font size is in between the 10 pt and 12 pt. It would be helpful to be able to set the default font and not have to edit the font in the text box.

Ability to change record status from notification emails

Requesting the ability to update records directly from email notifications. You can currently add comments, but it would be great to have a button or area to update the status/approve the record directly from the email.

When you click on the pulldown menu for cost codes in changes, the list does not come up in the order of the cost codes and has to be sorted first to find the cost code.
