Submittal Auto Upload

When uploading a Specification manual, ProjectSight automatically recognizes the required submittals by searching through the text of the Specifications and creates a submittal registry similar to PYPE

Submittal Cover Sheet Report

Add the ability to edit or sign off on a report prior to printing it out/sending it out. Currently, if you print a report and edit it you have to re-upload it to the record and then send it out.

Overdue Item
