Prompt/Allow User to Complete Profile Setup on Mobile

It's pretty common for field users working for us or for subcontractors to only use a tablet or phone, and ProjectSight Mobile. For these users, our invitation is often the first time they're using ProjectSight, and if they haven't completed their profile setup, the app gets to the point of selecting a region and then crashes.

At this step, the app should either allow the user to complete their profile setup or prompt them to do so from a computer and then return to the app, so that we can avoid the app crashing without explanation to the user.
