Please Add Option to NOT notify all project members for new Drawings

Typically most drawings uploads should notify all project users, however, there are cases that we do not want the entire project to be emailed or just a selection (ie the old Assigned to on Drawing Sets).

We have test projects for training and testing with all our Employees on it and some external users. Whenever we 'test' a new drawing feature, or need more sample data, there is no option to NOT send an email and everyone is sent an email with hundreds of drawings. They then see the weird project names and start blocking these emails. This then blocks all future emails.

There is also no Notification setting in Drawings to uncheck.

The old way with Drawing Sets had a Notify option so we make that decision for each upload. This worked great. Why can we not have this checkbox with the new Drawings Upload?
