I my have a cost from a sub that is very low or negotiated, but am able to charge the client a different rate. For example, I can negotiate that a subcontract include extra work as a favor to me, but it is still an added cost that is outside the scope of work with the owner and the "% Markup" may work out to be greater that 999%. it should be a pretty easy fix to allow for more digits in that line.
