When producing punch lists through ProjectSight and you assign a item to a sub contractor they will get a email notification. This can be very frustrating to a subcontractor who will get many emails as the list is produced. Currently the only option is to either turn off the notifications and then print a list and email it after the list is complete. Or they receive many emails as you create the list. It would be helpful if you could send one email to each contractor with all the punch items when the list is complete.
