Please Allow Per Step Days to be configurable in the new Ball in Court Workflows

Currently there is no way to set number of days per Step on the new Ball in Court Workflow. This will not work for Submittals as the time for interval review is much less than external review with consultants and the fact that internal review must happen multiple times (after shop drawings are received from Trade, after Architects review etc).

We may also need to give our consultants more time to review, since there are so many of them, then the Architects less time to review etc. After everting is submitted, we might give our internal users 3 days etc. Many examples.

By having to set the same days for each step would, at minimum, push our submittals out to 6-8 weeks because of how many steps we have and needing 10-14 days for the consultants to review.

We have been needing a Submittal Ball in Court desperately for 2.5 years now and without this feature, the current way will work better since we can control the single Due Date on the Submittal (i.e. total workflow days) as well as individual assignee due dates.
