Require Assignment Completion Before Changing Status to “Void”

On ProjectSight, assignments currently remain open when an item is changed to “Void” status, even though resolution and assignment completion are required before a status can be changed to “Closed or Void too.” Implementing a requirement to complete all assignments prior to changing the status to “Void” would enhance accountability, improve data integrity, and minimize rework by ensuring all necessary actions are resolved before final disposition

    Setup a workflow status for Closed and limit the permissions for that workflow step to management.
