Enable Copy/Paste in Comments

I’d like to suggest adding the ability to copy and paste both text and images directly into the Comments field of Action Items, Submittals, RFIs, and other record types within ProjectSight.

Currently, when we want to include a screenshot or snippet in a comment, we must first save it as an image file and then upload it manually. This adds several extra steps and slows down our workflow. By contrast, the Meeting Minutes module already allows users to copy and paste images directly into the comments, which is much faster and more intuitive.

Allowing standard copy/paste functionality (for both text and images) across all comment fields would significantly improve efficiency, reduce friction in documentation, and ensure clearer communication.
