Revision Number/Letter Reading in Title Block Processing [Drawing Sets]

In the Drawing Sets section, we would like the ability to use the Title Block Processing tool to read drawing revision numbers/letters.

Currently, it only reads revision date, not the revision number/letter. Almost nobody cares about the revision date. Most people would much rather be able to read the revision number/letter.

Additionally, when ProjectSight auto-filters to the most current version of a drawing, it should exclusively use the revision number/letter and not the revision date.

Side note: Numbers will always be considered current version over letters.
